Our story
L’Adria Estate was founded on a simple belief: the Adriatic's most beautiful peninsula deserves a more thoughtful, personal approach to buying and selling homes. We are a boutique agency, intentionally small, local, rooted on Istria's west coast.
Rather than pursuing volume, we carefully curate a limited collection of villas, stone houses, apartments and land, so that every property receives genuine attention: accurate documentation, honest pricing and presentation we are proud to sign.
The boutique approach
We would rather decline a listing than promise a price we do not genuinely believe in. Likewise, every buyer receives the full picture of every property, including its flaws, because trust is the only marketing that compounds.

We know which villages enjoy the afternoon sea breeze, where future development is taking shape, and which locations hold their value quietly over time. Our clients come from Croatia, Italy, Germany, Austria and beyond, and we guide each of them in their own language and at their own pace.

L’Adria Estate continues a long family connection to the Istrian coast, shaped by tourism, hospitality and real estate. I was born and raised here, and I know that choosing a property in Istria is never only about square metres or distance from the sea. It is about the village, the view, the access, the neighbours and the tradition of the place. With a background in International Relations and Economics, I work with buyers, sellers and investors in Croatian, English, Italian and German. My belief is that every conversation should feel clear, honest and supportive — so clients feel informed, understood and guided through every step of the process.
