From there: documentation review, professional photography and presentation, qualified viewings and negotiation, through to a notary-supervised closing. We take on a limited number of properties at any time, so yours receives full attention from day one.

Buying a property

We listen first, then curate. You see only properties that match — each pre-checked for title, permits and realistic running costs. We guide you through reservation, contracts, OIB and bank accounts, and stand beside you at the notary. Beyond the property itself, we help with the practical steps of settling in: residency questions, schools, reliable contractors, understanding how daily life works here and who to call when things don't go as planed.

Investment guidance

We show you yield expectations, rental licensing, zoning realities, renovation economics before any commitment, and honest advice when a deal should not be done. With micro-location knowledge: which towns, which lanes, which views hold value and which prices are stories.

Documentation guidance
